Walking Dead Season 3 How to Upload Game

Telltale Games' The Walking Dead season three begins today with the release of not 1 but 2 episodes of the new 5-episode season, titled The Walking Dead: A New Frontier . Lookout the launch trailer for the new season right here if you oasis't seen information technology yet.
If you're familiar with the series, you're enlightened that y'all brand choices that change how your story plays out. You're too enlightened that you were able to import your season one save file before beginning season 2 to fit any happened to the characters in your starting time season playthrough. That characteristic returns for season iii, merely unfortunately many people played the first two seasons on an older console such as Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, and will exist playing A New Frontier on Xbox 1 or PS4 if they oasis't jumped over to PC. Thankfully Telltale has shared details on the options you'll take, including starting with a clean slate or continuing your story. You lot can read that below.

Kevin from Telltale here! Just wanted to let you know how we are handling importing Season One and 2 information into our new Walking Expressionless game (coming Dec 20th!). I noticed that some folks aren't enlightened that we're importing your data, and so I wanted to make sure we had this information out at that place. Please share if you can!
Here are the ways it works.
Starting time New Story
This is for people who haven't played The Walking Expressionless before, or don't recall their previous experience. In this mode, Season Three starts with a Clementine who has lost anybody from the previous Seasons and is left alone with AJ.
Go on Your Story
If you lot want to continue with the story you created in Season One and/or Flavour Two, then we have some options for you.
Option 1 – Story Generator
Inside of Flavor Three, in that location is a "story generator" option where we'll ask you a series of questions that help u.s. strop in on your Clementine. This will select one of 42 different "starting points", that include not just your catastrophe merely also the relationships you lot had with different characters and the style of player you lot are.
This was a fascinating thing for usa to build and involved us combing through mountains of Walking Dead data and using some fancy data science to figure this out. We'll be talking more virtually this, but it was organic and cool. I judge 42 really is the answer to life the universe and everything!
Option 2 – Utilise your Season Two save game
1. If you're playing on the aforementioned device, and you yet accept your old Season Ii salve file, you can import your salvage. When you start a new game in Season Three, you'll be automatically prompted to use your Season Two save data.
ii. If yous want to play on a dissimilar device, and yet have your old device with Flavour Two saves. Then we've done our all-time to help you out. We've recently updated Flavor 2 (on all platforms) to include Telltale Cloud Saves. Yous'll need to update your app, launch Flavour Two and create a Telltale Account (if you lot don't already have one). Then you lot can enable Cloud Saves and upload your Flavor 2 save to the cloud. When you launch Season 3, you'll exist able to login to your Telltale Account and download the Cloud Salve. And so you're good to go! This is how to migrate your story from one device to another, like moving from PS3 to PS4, or Xbox 360 to Xbox I. Information technology works from any platform to any other platform.

If you've never played the series, withal, the best thing you lot could do is play them earlier season three. They're not expensive, and they get quickly. Zip compares to experiencing the whole story for yourself. Seeing how your choices bear on the story and characters. Plus, Clementine is one of the all-time video game characters of all-time (for me, anyway) and it makes me sorry thinking of someone jumping right into A New Borderland without having experienced what she's been through.
